LED Driver mD-1cMinidriver mD-1c is designed to work in quasi-continuous mode (in mode of generation symmetrical unipolar meander) for infrared light source (LED or Laser). Quasi-continuous mode provides maximum average optical power from the LED. Signal data (such as amplitude, repetition rate and pulse duration) remains steady while the input voltage may vary from 5 to 6 V. Minidriver mD-1c is made without the package and represents the printed circuit board with connection outputs.

LED Driver mD-1pMinidriver mD-1p is designed to work in pulse mode (in mode of single-pulse generation) for infrared light source (LED or Laser). Pulse mode provides maximum average optical power from the LED. Signal data (such as amplitude, repetition rate and pulse duration) remains steady while the input voltage may vary from 5 to 6 V. Minidriver mD-1p is made without the package and represents the printed circuit board with connection outputs.

Driver DmD-cp

LED Driver dmD-cpThe driver DmD-cp is designed for pulsed power of the two-element LEDs. Driver DmD-cp allows you to connect two different LEDs or one two-element LED for analysis of gases and liquids. It works in two modes: quasi-continuous and pulsed. The maximum average optical power of the radiation of the LED is achieved in a quasi-continuous mode (in the mode of generation of the symmetric monopolar meander). Period of the pulse repetition is 1000 microsec, pulse width is 500 microsec, repetition frequency is 1 kHz. Peak current supply of the single element of the LED doesn't exceed 150mA.
The maximum peak optical power of the radiation source is achieved in pulsed mode. Period of the pulse repetition is 500 microsec, pulse width is 5 microsec, repetition frequency is 2 kHz. Peak current supply of the single element of the LED doesn't exceed 2 A. Signal parameters (amplitude, frequency and pulse duration) generated by the driver, don't depend on the magnitude of the input voltage. The input voltage can be in the range 5...6 V. Driver has a package and two outlets of the synchrosignal from various channels power supply of the LEDs.

LED Driver D-31M Driver D-31M provides two modes of operation:
   ¤ Quasi Continuous Wave (qCW)(quasi steady-state) mode:
This mode provides maximum average optical power from the LED. Current can be changed in the range 25-250 mA. One of four frequences (0.5 kHz, 2 kHz, 8 kHz and 16 kHz) can be selected.
¤ Pulse mode: This mode provides maximum peak optical power from the LED. In this mode in addition to adjusting of frequency, pulse duration can be also selected in the range 0.6-20 µs. Peak current can be changed in the range 0-2 A. Please, don't use combination of frequency and pulse duration that gives duty cycle >10%. We recommend using 2 A pulse current only at pulse duration <1 µs.

LED Driver DLT-27MDriver DLT-27M is designed for power supply of all models Mid-IR LED’s with built-in thermocoolers.
Driver provides two modes of operation:
¤  1. Quasi Continuous Wave (quasi steady-state) mode. Such mode provides maximum average optical power from the LED. Current in this mode can be changed in the range 20-250 mA. Frequence of modulation is 16 kHz.
¤  2. Pulse mode. Such mode provides maximum peak optical power from the LED. Peak current in pulse mode can be changed in the range 0-2 A. Pulse duration is 1 µs. Temperature controller that is built in DLT-27M provides selecting and stabilizing of the temperature on LED's chip in wide range. That gives possibility to tune wavelength or optical power.
