Finding what you need
You can view the details of the IBSG products by using our website. When you have found product(s) that you are interested in, please, send your request for information or quotation through the Feedback Form or by e-mail: IBSG.inform@gmail.com, sales@ibsg.ru
Having our own technology department, IBSG can consider the requests on non-standard products for customer individual needs.

Availability of products
IBSG is manufacturing company, and our stock is updated from time to time. If any of your order items is out of stock, we will inform you about time of manufacturing or suggest new models.

Quotation and discounts
The IBSG quotation in Rubles/ or Euros/ or US Dollars will be send you on request.
Our company offers discounts for higher-quantity orders where the quantity for an item is 10 and more.

Placing your order

We do not accept orders by phone.
When placing an order, please be sure to provide a valid address and all the contact information. If you have different Billing and Shipping addresses, please, kindly indicate both addresses.

Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation E-mail with a Proforma Invoice shortly after the order is placed.
IBSG company sends customers a double-sided Contract for signature. All details of a Contract can be discussed.

Payment
The payment is accepted in advance (100% prepayment).
If you are a returning customer NET payment may be considered.
Credit cards or PayPal payment could not be accepted.

Delivery
IBSG company send packages via UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc., www.ups.com).
Shipping costs include the cost of transporting, Customs Fee and the cost of Customs Clearance.
The cost of transporting can be withdrawn from customer UPS account.

The time of preparing your order for shipping:
• - up to 2 weeks for devices from IBSG stock;
• - 4-6 weeks for non-stock devices or products on customer individual request;
• - up to 8 weeks for products requiring new non-standard components.

Delivery to international destinations takes at least 7-10 days additionally due to Customs procedure is required for each parcel.
